When do plans go live?
Pricing activates on July 1st, 2026 at public launch. Beta access before that date is free for all approved testers.
Do I need a subscription to use SYRIX?
No. The Free tier is completely free, forever. Local inference, voice, and core automation work without any payment. Pro and Max unlock advanced modules.
Is my data safe on any plan?
Yes. Personal memory, notes, and long-term context stay on your machine by design. Optional cloud/model providers are used only for routed inference, web, or fallback features when configured.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrading will disable advanced modules at the end of your billing period — nothing is deleted.
What hardware do I need?
Free tier works on most modern PCs (i5/GTX 1660+). Pro and Max are optimised for the K-7 Rig spec (i7-12700K, RTX 4060 Ti, 32GB DDR5) for full performance.
Is there a student/indie discount?
Yes — reach out to kabirrkohli01@gmail.com. Discounts are available for students and indie developers. Max plan is also available at a reduced rate for beta testers.
Does it work offline?
Core local features — voice loop, memory, HUD, and local fallback paths — can work offline. News, weather, market data, NIM, Groq, and other provider routes require internet.
Is my camera and mic data private?
Voice capture and local STT use Faster-Whisper paths. Screen and camera vision are opt-in; local vision stays on device, while any cloud/provider vision route must be explicitly configured. Mic and camera state are surfaced in the HUD.
Can SYRIX trade for me automatically?
No — not by default. Trading features are research and decision-support tools only. Broker execution requires explicit user configuration and is locked in current builds. Not financial advice.
What if something goes wrong?
Use the HUD controls or stop command to interrupt supported active flows. SYRIX has thermal protection, graceful degradation, preview gates, and no destructive defaults. Nothing is auto-deleted. You can always contact kabirrkohli01@gmail.com for support.
