It did not start like this. It started as a script in a bedroom that answered a clap with two spoken lines.
No HUD. No brain. A single Python file listening for two claps — and answering with two fixed lines. It couldn't do anything yet. But it was listening, and that changed everything.
The first commit. The script had grown into a runtime — voice pipeline, routing, safety gates — and it was time to treat it like real software: version control, modular phases, discipline.
Screen vision arrived. Memories started mirroring into a vault it could search in half a second. It learned the family's voices and began to speak differently to each of them.
